Our Love Story
How we met
Funny enough, our story began thousands of miles away from home.
We were both born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and our families had known each other for years, but somehow, our paths never crossed. It took moving all the way to Dublin for us to finally meet.
A helping hand turned into an unexpected friendship, followed by months of shared laughs, long conversations and, well… a seemingly endless pandemic. Somewhere in between, things changed and what had started so simply became our love story.
Who knew we had to travel across the ocean to find someone who had been just around the corner all along?
The proposal
Almost six years later, after countless workouts, plenty of Netflix nights on the couch, probably too many food deliveries and some unforgettable trips, we found ourselves in Italy, one of our favourite places, where Christian finally decided it was time to make things official.

And, of course, the answer was yes!
​
Now, after all the adventures, quiet nights in and everything in between, we can’t wait to start this next chapter together and celebrate it surrounded by all our favourite people.
​
So, get ready to eat, drink, dance and celebrate with us. We can’t wait to see you there!

Formal attire is encouraged. We kindly ask that you avoid white, ivory, pink and brown, as these colours are reserved for the couple and wedding party.
Travel & Stay
Getting to Leiria
Our wedding will take place in Leiria, Portugal, a charming city located around 1h 30 min. north of Lisbon.

For those flying in, Lisbon Airport (LIS) is the most convenient option. From there, you can rent a car or take a direct coach from the airport to Leiria.
Getting Around
Leiria is a small and easy city to get around. Whether you choose to rent a car or use taxis and Uber, getting around the city and travelling to and from the wedding venue is simple.
Where to Stay
There are plenty of accommodation options in and around Leiria. We recommend staying close to the city centre, where you'll have easy access to the venue, restaurants and shops.
